Q. Are you licensed?
A. Yes, we are licensed with the State of CT as a Home Improvement Contractor

 

Q. Will you provide me with a copy of your license?
A. Absolutely. We provide you with a copy of our license and insurance policy prior to starting any project.

 

Q. Do you work with subcontractors?
A. Yes, we use several qualified subcontractors for specialty projects, such as plumbing and electrical work. The subcontractors always work under our supervision.

 

Q. Do your subcontractors have insurance?
A. All of our subcontractors are licensed and insured and copies of their licenses and insurance certificates are on file in our office.

 

Q. What is the average price of a kitchen remodel?
A. There is no average. Because the range of prices for building materials, appliances, and specialty items vary so much, there is no way to give you anaverage price. Each project is planned based on the individual client’s budget.

 

Q. Will you spend my entire budget? Basement Remodeling in CT
A. Yes, we will design and buy materials for your project based on the amount of money you tell us we can spend. If you are not comfortable with us spending the full amount of your budget, then I recommend giving us a lower amount to work with.

 

Q. What time do normally start work?
A. We generally like to be on the jobsite between 7 and 7:30. Some neighborhoods have noise restrictions, and we always honor those requests.

 

Q. Do you care if we are wearing pajamas when you arrive in the morning?
A. Not at all. In fact, we’ll join you for coffee -- just kidding!
